Elder Shane Aaron Hope Sr. was born on June 19, 1992, at Brookhaven Hospital to Mr. Shane F. Hope and Mother Dion Mitchell-Hope. He attended and graduated from the Westhampton Beach School District.  While there, he was in the National Honor Society for Computer Technology.   Elder Shane has his Associates Degree in Biblical Studies from Dominion Theological Seminary.  

 

Elder Shane served his Beloved Father in God, Dr. Roy L. Pennon.  Dr Pennon affectionately called  Elder Shane, his “Protégé “, and asked him to be one of his Armor Bearers.   He also served as the Youth Leader under Dr. Pennon’s leadership.   In January 2010, Elder Shane was ordained as a Deacon, in August 2010, he was licensed to preach the Gospel.  In July 2015, he was ordained as an Elder in the Lord’s Church.  Under the leadership of Dr. Roy L. Pennon and Dr. Lillian L. Pennon, he developed the Love of the Church and the Love of the people of God. He also picked up the mantle of prayer under their leadership. 

 

Elder Shane served under the leadership of their daughter, Pastor Bettina Pennon, as the Co-Chairman of the Shepherd Care Committee and works on the Media Team.  Elder Hope serves on the State level as the Vice President of the Youth Department of the 3rd Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction of Eastern New York of COGIC under the leadership of the prelate, Bishop Frank A. White. 

 

He is the Visionary of G2HH ( Got 2 Have Hope )Ministries Incorporate and the CEO of HOPE Creative Co. a graphic design business

 

In February of 2024 Elder Hope Launched New Hope Covenant Church, Inc. 

 

He believes HOPE Has a Sound through Prayer and Preaching the Gospel of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

 

Elder Shane Hope Sr.  is the proud husband to Lady Kimberly and the proud father to Shane Jr. and Everlee Hope.
